Commercial & Business Lawyer in Hungary

Company Formation, Business Structuring and Legal Support for Foreign Founders in Budapest

Clear advice. Fast communication. Practical solutions.

From company formation to everyday legal and operational decisions.

If you are unsure whether your matter requires legal involvement,

send a short summary of your situation.

I will personally review it within 24–48 hours and indicate the appropriate next step.

For urgent matters, a priority consultation can be arranged within a shorter timeframe.

I advise foreign founders and small to medium-sized companies navigating the Hungarian legal system.

Where a matter becomes complex, I coordinate the legal process personally to keep it structured, clear and manageable.

The law works best when it is clear and easy to understand.

My professional approach is based on:

precise and transparent communication

– reliable time management

– alignment of legal and business interests

– responsible decision-making within a clear legal framework

I hold a law degree from the University of Szeged and a Compliance Lawyer qualification from Eötvös Loránd University.

My background in finance, asset management and construction allows me to understand business structures beyond the purely legal perspective.

I regularly advise international founders entering the Hungarian and EU market.

Legal clarity is most valuable before a situation becomes urgent.

We enjoy connecting with clients in many languages, but for legal precision we work in English, German, French and Hungarian.

How we can start working together

Legal cooperation works best when expectations are clear from the beginning.

Especially in a foreign legal environment, uncertainty often arises not from the law itself, but from not knowing when a situation becomes legally relevant.

To make our cooperation predictable and structured, I follow a simple three-step process:

  • Step 1: Initial Inquiry. Send a brief summary of your case. I will personally review it and let you know within 24–48 hours if I can assist and what the general direction should be. This initial contact is to see if we are a good fit.

  • Step 2: Strategy Consultation. If your matter requires an in-depth legal assessment, or if you prefer to discuss it in person, we may schedule a formal consultation (online or in person).

A consultation is not mandatory in every case. Many matters can be handled through structured written communication alone.

Where a consultation is appropriate, the fee for this standalone professional service starts at EUR 150 + VAT. The consultation typically lasts 45 minutes and provides a structured legal assessment and strategic direction.

Its purpose is not only to answer questions, but to prevent unnecessary steps and future legal risk.

  • Step 3: Execution. Once we agree on the strategy, I handle the entire legal process personally, ensuring full compliance and direct communication.

Our Working Environment

Choosing a lawyer is not only about knowledge, but about trust.

It is about whether you feel that someone understands the context of your situation,
takes responsibility for the legal direction, and communicates clearly when decisions matter.

If this approach aligns with how you prefer to work, you are welcome to get in touch.

Practical legal perspectives

Practical legal insight for people building a business or a life in Hungary.

This section is not about formal steps or checklists.
It is about what comes after registration — when work actually starts, responsibility appears, and legal structure begins to affect everyday decisions.

The articles focus on how the Hungarian legal environment works in practicewhere rules are clear, where they are flexible, and where experience matters more than theory.

The goal is not to list permits or quote legislation, but to help you understand the system well enough to make confident, informed decisions — not just now, but over the long term.

This article is written for foreign founders who establish or operate a company in Hungary while already having business experience in other countries.
Its purpose is not to explain company forms in detail, but to highlight a practical reality: responsibility is interpreted differently in every legal system, and understanding this local logic...

This article explains why compliance becomes one of the most important stabilising elements of business operation after company formation, employment structuring, contractual relationships and the emergence of financial risk. Not as an administrative obligation, but as business protection.

This article explains how non-payment becomes one of the most important stress points in business operation, especially when a company operates in a foreign legal and commercial environment. It is not an exceptional event, but a situation that reveals how prepared the operation really is.
